Fiona Morey

Vice Principal, Aylesbury College

 

 

Fiona Morey has worked in the Further Education sector for 25 years across a number of institutions and in a variety of roles including teaching and senior leader ship she is known in the sector for her work on curriculum innovation and design and for working in collaboration with employers.

 

Fiona has been involved a wide range of projects and research across the sector including work on developing a post-16 holistic curriculum model, supporting cross-subject collaboration and project based learning. Aylesbury College is working in partnership with a number of organisations including JISC, Learning Futures, Expansive Education, Train Visual, The Education and Training Foundation and the Behavioural Insights Team. Current research projects include developing a whole organisational approach to growth mind-set, use of social media in connecting students and employers, professional conversations on classroom practice, employer engagement in curriculum design and use of technology outside of the classroom.
