Francesca Gino 

Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School 

 

 

Francesca Gino is Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and is a Behavioural Scientist who combines insights from psychology, management and economics. She is also formally affiliated with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and with the Mind, Brain, Behaviour Initiative at Harvard.

 

Her work has earned research awards from the National Science Foundation and the Academy of Management and has been published in top academic journals in both psychology and management, as well as in numerous book chapters and practitioner outlets. Her research focuses on judgment and decision-making, negotiation, ethics, motivation, productivity, and creativity and her current work is focused on conducting research on effective nudges to solve organizational problems.

 

In addition to research and teaching, Francesca advises firms and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of negotiation, decision-making, and organizational behaviour.
