Simon Ruda

Simon Ruda is Head of Home Affairs, Security and International Development. He has worked on the application of behavioural insights with numerous organisations, in addition to Central Government, in the UK and overseas, such as the World Bank, United Nations, British Army and the Metropolitan Police Service. One of the first members of the team, Simon has worked across many policy areas over the years, running some of our most influential trials, including on tax compliance. 

 

Prior to joining the team, Simon worked for the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before that. He is a trained qualitative researcher, having worked for a leading marketing strategy consultancy before he joined Government – at which he focused on influencing consumer behaviour.
