Todd Rogers 

Associate Professor, Havard Kennedy School 

 

 

Todd Rogers is an associate professor at the Harvard Kennedy School.  He is director of the Student Social Support R&D Lab, which uses data and behavioral science to develop and prove scalable, high-ROI interventions that mobilize and empower students’ social support systems to improve achievement. The lab partners with hundred K-12 schools, universities, state and community colleges, and MOOCs. He is also a Senior Researcher at the think-tank ideas42. 

 

Todd received his Ph.D. jointly from Harvard's department of Psychology and Harvard Business School, and his B.A. from Williams College where he majored in Religion and Psychology. He was formerly founding Executive Director of the Analyst Institute, which uses RCTs and behavioral science insights to understand and improve voter communications.  

 

His research is published in top academic journals including American Economic Review, Psychological Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes
